SHIVAS SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS

Order Processing (Handling Time) 

All orders are treated as high priority. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days, with the exception of weekends or public holidays which can delay processing time. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UTC/GMT + 8 hours) Monday to Saturday. Orders received after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

International Shipping (Rest of World) 

We ship worldwide to almost every country via FedEx (International) or S.F. (China/Asia). Please note that every order will require a signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on live courier rates.

  • Transit Time: Once your order leaves our Hong Kong facility, international transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (Handling + Transit).

Local Hong Kong Orders (On Display In Store) For our local B2B buyers and orders placed for items on display in our Hong Kong showroom:

  • Shipping Costs: Local delivery within Hong Kong is Free.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Local delivery takes an estimated 2 to 3 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.

LOST / DAMAGED VIA TRANSIT 

If an order is damaged or lost within transit, please contact us at our email at shipping@shivasfabrics.com, via phone at +852 2723 5969, via chat or by mail using the details provided below and we will work with the shipping courier to try and rectify the problem. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT DUTIES AND TAXES 

Our standard package size (2-5KG) is usually exempt from duty in most countries. However, this varies from country to country and size of order so It is best to check with your local customs office for more details.

The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government.
