Founded in Sydney, Australia in 2003, Shivas Fabrics grew from an MBA student’s passion into an industry leader recognised for its exceptional quality, personalised service, and outstanding value.
Starting out, business was anything but easy. A handful of established mills dominated the menswear and tailoring industry, making it challenging for new players to gain recognition and establish themselves.
Nonetheless, we persisted. We learnt from early setbacks, took customer feedback to heart, and became experts in bespoke fabrics for clients across Australia and globally.
Today, we source from some of the finest mills, including those in Europe, to ensure each fabric meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Whether you’re a smaller tailor in New Zealand or a larger menswear brand in the U.S., our team provides the personalised support you need, every step of the way.

What makes us different
Technology is what sets us apart. In order to better serve our customers who are globally located in over 25 countries, we have extended our web presence to included a comprehensive e-commerce platform which showcases all our fabrics with various corresponding images.
In addition, we have developed a Visualiser tool that allows our customers to view our fabrics in a variety of modelled renders, which can easily be shared across digital channels to aid fabric selection and enhance collaboration.
