Shiva’s Fabrics has a 30-day refund or exchange policy, which means you have up to and including 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it in, unworn and unused, with the original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund or exchange, please contact us at returns@shivasfabrics.com. If your refund or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the received item is defective, damaged and/or the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it if necessary.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any fabrics cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged unless the received item is determined by Shiva’s Fabrics to be defective, damaged and/or the incorrect item as explained above and the fault lies with Shiva’s Fabrics or its shipping courier.
Exchange and Refunds
Shiva’s Fabrics will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund or exchange request, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not.
For refund related requests, if approved, your refund will be automatically return to your original payment method on the order. Please remember your payment method provider will require time to process your refund.
For exchange related requests, if approved we will process your exchange as requested accordingly.
